Poly Auction Hong Kong 2015 Spring Auctions Achieved a Grand Total of HK$1.1 Billion/ US$140 Million

(Hong Kong, April 2015) – Poly Auction (Hong Kong) Limited (Poly Auction Hong Kong) has successfully completed its 2015 Spring Auction on April 7. The two-day auction, comprised of 12 special sections, witnessed an active bidding and achieved an outstanding result of HK$1.1 Billion/ US$140 Million. Many auction lots in the 7 department went beyond an impressive price. 15 items fetched over HK$10 Million, and Cui Ruzhuo’s The Grand Snowing Mountainous Jiangnan Landscape was sold at HK$236 Million. The Chinese and Asian Modern & Contemporary Art Department set a new total transaction record with outstanding performance in all of its special sections, which demonstrated that Poly Auction Hong Kong was highly recognised by collectors for its clear and diverse market positioning.
